Workshop Narrative

A complete mechanical overhaul was performed to bring this instrument to an optimized playing standard. The rosewood fretboard was hydrated, followed by a precision fret level, crown, and polish to remove wear and guarantee choke-free action across the 9.5" radius. Nut slot heights were precisely adjusted (from 0.47mm down to 0.54mm) for maximum first-position comfort. Final neck relief was dialed into 0.25mm, supporting a comfortable action of 1.6mm (Low E) and 1.4mm (High E). Finally, the bridge pickup height was optimized to ~2.5mm (Low E) and ~2.0mm (High E) for balanced, articulate output.
